FORUM NACKA

Bespoke modular mat system with interactive projections. The mats are part of a pilot project, developing a new form of public play space for young children in shopping malls.

The projections are activated by motion sensors; bench perimeter creates a pool effect and safe zone, while allowing close interaction between parent and child; the second space (with play forms) adds greater complexity (rest, imaginative play, seating).
